Santanu Choudhury

Santanu Choudhury is an accomplished senior leader in Health, Safety and Environment, with over 22 years of experience managing major projects across the oil and gas, infrastructure, and high-rise construction sectors. Recognized among the “Top 15 HSE Leaders in the Middle East” for 2025, he has consistently led the transformation of HSE culture across complex, high-risk environments.

Currently serving as the Corporate HSE Director (Head of Department) at Al Rashid Trading and Contracting Company (RTCC) in Saudi Arabia, Santanu has successfully delivered complex projects while upholding the highest HSE standards. His leadership has resulted in consistently achieving zero Lost Time Injuries (LTIs) and maintaining exceptional HSE records across multiple projects.

He is a Chartered Member of IOSH (UK), a PMI USA Certified Risk Management Professional (RMP), and holds numerous prestigious certifications, including the NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, ISO 45001:2018 Lead Auditor, and the International Diploma in Health and Safety Engineering.
