Monaam Htiouech

Monaam Htiouech is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in the power and energy sector.

He holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Technical University Munich, a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from École Centrale Paris, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Collège des Ingénieurs in Stuttgart.

He began his career with Siemens in Germany in 2006. He has since held diverse global roles, including Project Management, Service Operations, Marketing, and Sales within the company’s power and energy businesses. These experiences gave him a comprehensive understanding of power plant operations and customer business drivers.

In 2011, after assignments in Germany and South Korea, he joined the Middle East team. There, he led Power Generation Sales teams and developed talents across multiple countries. He was appointed Head of Field Sales for large gas turbines in KSA in 2015.

In 2018, he became Vice President of Sales for KSA, where his strategic groundwork helped secure significant projects. From 2020 to 2023, he expanded his leadership to head a

sub-region covering central and distributed businesses, achieving notable successes in the industrial sector and with Independent Power Producers (IPPs).

In 2024, he was appointed Vice President of Sales for the Middle East. In this role, he continues to shape the sales organization, lead large-scale projects with multi-billion dollar impact, and deliver significant business performance results.
